Dear host family, First of all, I would like to thank you for welcoming me into your home and letting me be one of you with whom to live great moments. I am a Chilean boy who is eager to learn, live and enjoy a unique experience on the other side of the world that will surely be unforgettable and spectacular, so I would like you to be part of it. English has always been part of my life due to the great influence of the language throughout the world, and in my case, I have always wanted to learn as much as I can about it, because I consider that it opens many doors for you in all areas that one can imagine, and I cannot find a better way to learn and perfect my English than by living in America with an American family. As for me, I am a fairly sociable boy, who really likes to laugh out loud with my friends and also whenever possible make more friends with whom to share different tastes, opinions and experiences. I really like watching and playing soccer, I am a big fan of my local team and no matter the situation, I don't miss a game and I always support them, in good times and bad. As for playing it, I have been playing since I was 6 years old and I have had the opportunity to represent my school. In 2021, my father took me to try paddle tennis for the first time, and over the years, it has become a healthy and fun hobby that I share with my friends in our free time. As for other sports, I am always willing to try new sports and practice them if they amuse me. When I'm at home, a lot of my time is spent studying for tests and homework, but when I have free time, I like to enjoy spending time with my family and my dogs. My mother always accompanies me when she is home while I tell her about everything that I like or that has happened to me recently, taking up a lot of time. Together with my father, we like to share our passion for soccer, musical tastes and sometimes we watch a series together. I don't share many tastes with my sister but that doesn't stop us from laughing at the moment when we are together and it ends up becoming something special. I also spend my free time at home by myself. I really like listening to music. I practically spent the whole day listening to something, and there is no music that I dislike. Honestly, I am always open to expanding my musical tastes. Another thing I've done lately would be watching and reading anime, although I don't do it very often, it's the only thing I like to watch on TV. In the future, I would like to study medicine and become a doctor, all with the aim of helping people and if possible make them smile or take away a worry. I have always liked this field since I have been influenced by my mother and my uncle, who work in the area of ​​public health and help others every day. Chilean culture is not well known to the world, and I would like to be able to show you and encourage you to see how diverse and beautiful Chile can be, and I will try to show you as much as I can about my country while I am with you, such as gastronomy, curious facts and I will show you the various parts of Chile in order to motivate you one day to come.
