Dear Host Family, I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Canelle, and I am excited about the opportunity to spend a year with you in the United States. I am looking forward experiencing American culture and sharing my own traditions with you. I am a friendly and open-minded girl who loves to learn new things. I enjoy spending time outdoors, and doing activities. I love skiing in winter, doing water sports like surfing or wakebording in summer for example. I love exploring new places too, I’m fond of travelling. I already went to New York (my uncle lives there), and it’s was an amazing trip. I have already been to different countries in Europe I practice gymnastics since I was very young and this year 6 hours per week. We are a sporty family who enjoys trying a lot of differents sports. I would like to discover the culture of sports in the USA like cheerleading and going to football games for example because the atmosphere of sport in the United States is really different from France. I am aware that the start of this exchange year requires some time to adapt, but I feel ready for this experience. I like every activities you will propose to me. I have always the smile.
