Tzu Chen
's Letter
Hello, my name is Tzu Chen, but you can call me Patricia, and I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for graciously welcoming me into your host family. I share my home with my twin sister and my wonderful mom. Family is very important to me, and I cherish the moments we spend together.
I consider myself to be an outgoing, curious, and playful individual, which makes it easy for me to connect with others and form friendships. I have a passion for scuba diving, which allows me to explore the beauty of the underwater world. Additionally, I have recently embarked on my journey into dancing at school. I find great joy in this new endeavor, especially as I continue to improve my skills since starting in high school.
While I have a few close friends in my class, I genuinely enjoy getting along with everyone, regardless of gender. I believe that building connections with diverse people enriches our lives and broadens our perspectives. I am incredibly excited about the upcoming student exchange program in America and am eager to immerse myself in the rich American culture.
I look forward to sharing the unique aspects of my own culture with you as well. I would love to introduce you to the delightful delicacies and breathtaking places of Taiwan, such as our famous night markets and stunning landscapes. I am truly excited about the experiences we will share together and the memories we will create. Thank you once again for this amazing opportunity; it means so much to me!
