Dear family, I am very happy that I am a participant of the exchange program and that you accommodate me for five months. My name is Franz and I come from germany. I am playing soccer at the TSV Luthe, which is a small club in my home village. Twice a week we have training and a game on the weekend. Our last season game was this weekend. we played against the first (we were fifth) and the game ended with a 2:2 draw. ourtrainer said that was the best game of the hole season. My trainer want to organize some friendly games in the winter. Further I often go in the stadium of Hannover 96. That is an traditional soccer club playing in the second league and it is near to us. Actually they are on the second place and won every home game. I hope they rise this season into ths first league. Another interest I have is playing an instrument namely accordeon. I am playing accordeon for 7 years and since summer 2023 I am playing in an ensemble too. with them I had a few occurs. The best was when we played chistmas songs. If I don´t have soccer or accordeon in the afternoon I am going to the gym or meet with friends. Then we are doing great activities like playing soccer or other sports, going in the outdoors, watching TV above all soocer matches but also a movie or series. On the weekend I meet sometimes with my friend group and we´re chilling together and have fun. If nobody has time then I visit my grandmather. She lives one street away and we always plays patience which is a card game. Moreover I mow the lawn in her garden. In the USA I want to do a lot of sports like basketball or soccer because I like these most and in the USA sports are very important. Another thing that I want to do is meet new friends and doing avtivities with them in my freetime. And I'm very curious about the school system. I'm used to help my parents in the house and garden, so I can help you with this things, too. I hope that I am fitting to claims. Best regards Franz
