's Letter

Dear Future Host Family, I hope this letter finds you well! My name is Artem, and I’m so excited about the opportunity to become part of your family during the exchange program. I’d like to share a bit about myself so you can get to know me better and decide if I’ll be a good match for your family. I live with my parents in a big house with a pool, which is one of our favorite places to spend time together, especially during the summer. Family is very important to me, and we have a tradition of always taking meals together. It’s a special time when we talk about our day, share funny stories, and simply enjoy each other’s company. I love spending time with my parents, and I’m sure you’ll enjoy getting to know them, too, if we ever get the chance to meet. Our home is lively and full of energy, thanks to our beloved pets: Ajax, our playful dog; Churchill, our curious cat; and Rogerita, my adorable rabbit. I’m very close to them, and taking care of them has taught me responsibility and compassion. When it comes to hobbies, I love staying active, just like my family. Every one of us does sports, but my favorite is CrossFit, which I’ve been doing for the last three years. It’s challenging, but it helps me stay fit and push my limits. I also enjoy riding quad bikes and playing computer games, which is how I unwind after a busy day. At school, I enjoy my classes and spend time with my friends, who are a big part of my life. We have a lot of fun together, whether we’re playing sports, working on group projects, or just hanging out after school. Another important part of my life is my grandmother, Lyuda. We are very close, and I love spending time with her. She always has the best stories and advice. My cousin Max also enjoys visiting our house, and whenever he’s over, we’re always up to something fun. We play football, go for walks with Ajax, or find other ways to stay active. As I look forward to meeting you, I’m eager to learn about your family’s traditions and culture. I’m curious about what your daily life is like and would love to share my own experiences and traditions with you. I hope we can build a great connection, like the one I have with my family. I’d be thrilled to become part of your family, even if it’s just for a short time, and I’m excited to make wonderful memories together. Thank you for opening your home and heart to me during this exchange program. I can’t wait to meet you and start this incredible journey! Best regards, Artem
