's Letter

Dear my future host family, Hello. I’m Riko. I’m looking forward to living with you in America. I want to enjoy many things with you. I would be very happy to cook, watch movies and dramas, go shopping, and participate in your daily life. In return, I will also introduce you to Japanese culture. For example, I would like to cook Japanese food and teach Japanese. In Japan, I go to school on weekdays and hang out with my friends after school. I spend time with my friends to take pictures, going shopping in the city, and going out to eat. On weekends, I often go to my part-time job. After my part-time job, I often go to watch movies with my friends! The reason I joined this program is because I have a yearning for American high school life. I like watching American dramas and movies. Also, through this study abroad program, I would like to become a more independent person. In the future, I would like to go to an American university and study a field related to architecture. I have always been interested in design and architecture, and I would like to work in a field that I like and that can contribute to society. Finally, let me introduce my family. My parents are very kind and let me try anything I want to do without denying me. And I have two cats. They always heal everyone in my family. Thank you for reading to the end. And thank you for accepting me. I am really looking forward to meeting you all. Sincerely, Riko
