Dear Host Family, Thank you so much for being willing to participate in the exchange program and accepting me to live with your family. I´m a spanish girl and I have always love how the people live in the US and I would like to be a part of it for some months and learn about your culture because it seems so different to mine. I love sports, every kind of them, such as tennis, gymnastics, horseriding, skiing and basketball. I practice all of them except basketball and horseriding (I did it for a few days when I was little and I love horses since them) I do aesthetic gymnastics since I was 6 years old, four days a week (11 hours per week). This leaves me with no much time left but I really enjoy it because I spend many time with my teammates and we are close friends. Thanks to this sport I have been able to travel to some countries in Europe such as Austria, Estonia and Hungría to participate at World Cup Competitions. We also travel around Spain for the national competitions. I will miss this sport and my teammates but I will enjoy very much having the opportunity of joining the cheerleader team at your high school as well as other sports and clubs. I also love animals, specially dogs and cats. We do not have any pet but I always wanted to have one, so I would love and enjoy yours About my family, I have an older sister who also practices gymnastics with me and a younger brother who I take care of and I love them very much. My dad works as electrician and my mom works at a community pharmacy. We enjoy the weekends watching movies, playing table games, travelling... We are very close and I will miss them, but also I very excited of being part of your family. Thank you very much for giving me this huge opportunity. I wish this is also a good experience for you.
