Dear Host Family, Thank you so much for welcoming me as an exchange student into your home. I am very excited to learn about American culture and to be a part of your daily life. My name is Anna, and I am still in school in my home country. I am a happy and positive person who loves to try new things. In my free time, I enjoy horseback riding and spending time with my family. We often do things together, and I also love traveling. One of my dream destinations is Bali, but America is also a place I’m excited to visit, especially because I’ve never been there before. In the winter, I love skiing and ice skating. I also like to hang out with friends from school or my village. I’m really looking forward to seeing what I can experience in America and becoming part of your everyday life. I have many interests, such as fashion, and I love exploring new styles and trends. My native language is German, and I also speak some English and French. My father is a doctor, and my mother works as a physiotherapist. Inspired by my parents, I want to become a doctor myself, specifically a surgeon. I’m passionate about learning and excited to gain more knowledge to reach this goal in the future.
