Hello dear host families, my name is Tom and I’m from Germany. In this letter I‘m going to tell you some things about me, what I‘m looking for in my hostfamily and some activities I would love to experience during the exchange. But first of all I would like to say a big thank you for participating in such a program and making it possible for me to fulfill my dream. I‘m a very sports interested guy and sports play a very important role in my life, especially the gym. I‘m open for any diet and also love cooking so we for sure can make some nice meals together. I also love spending time with family and friends and just doing all kinds of activities. So in general I‘m a very open person that loves to meet new people and have a great time. I‘m looking for open people, who integrate me into their family and are willing to show me a lot of American culture/lifestyle, especially a variety of American fooood! I love pets if you have one and also would love to have a host sibling but that is not a must have. I‘m really excited about the high school and just living the American way of life for a bit. As i have already said, I'm very into sports, so I hope I can manage to get into the gym or some other sports in the US too, for example football 🏈.
