Dear host family, My name is Nina. I live in the Netherlands with my mother, father, sister and our dog. We love to do a lot of family activities. Such as travelling, going to amusement parks, having family weekends with my grandparents, uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews. I’m very energetic and social and like to meet new people. I love to sport and I work very hard to earn money for my goals. I am a waitress in a restaurant. My friends and I like to watch movies and play games. We also watch sports together and go to the same school. The name of our dog is Rakker, he is my best friend. I like to play and cuddle with him. I walk every afternoon with him and my sister. I would like it if my host family also have pets. With my exchange year I hope to learn more about the American culture. And to see how Americans live. I also want to see the similarities and the differences between highschool in America and my school in the Netherlands. I hope to create a bond with my host family and to learn from them.
