Dear Host Family, Thank you for giving me the opportunity to stay with your family during my upcoming visit, I’m looking forward to staying with you while studying in the U.S. There are three people in my family,I don’t have any siblings, but my grandparents and my uncle’s family live nearby,so I grew up with my two cousins and we’re like brothers and sisters.’ve spent a lot of time in schools with only girls and I didn’t have any chance to go abroad due to Covid-19 when I was in junior high school, so I wish I could see more of the outside world. I’m a little shy and afraid of talking to someone that I don’t really know, but when I get to know other people, I’ll become a talkative girl. I like to read novels and play basketball during my free time,because doing these things makes me happy and relax. As I mentioned, I don’t feel comfortable when I am in social occasions. I wish I can learn how to interact with other people comfortably in this journey,so that I can be more confident when talking to people. I also want to improve my basketball skills by joining a basketball team so that I can become a better player. Once again, thank you for welcoming me into your family.
